PIN is updated regularly throughout the year. If you have the PC-based version you can automatically receive updates over the Internet or you can choose to have updates sent to you through the post once a year.

If you already have the PC-based PIN and want to change to Online PIN (or vice versa), you can do so at no cost. The number of months you have before your subscription ends or before your next annual renewal fee is due is transferred.

Desktop (offline) applications

Sites: You do not necessarily need a site licence for each computer you install our software on. You might have a single site licence but install the software on a network or on an office computer and a laptop you take out. What matters is usage. – e.g. if it is likely to be used by two different people at the same time, you need a licence for 2 sites (and so on). If you have physically distinct offices, you need (at least) a licence for each office.

Replacement CDs: £10 + VAT

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
A computer running Windows 98 or higher. Any such computer is likely to have sufficient RAM to run GIN and/or PIN but contact us if you think there might be a problem. Free disk space necessary for GIN is 30MB and for PIN 50MB.

UPDATING
PIN and GIN are updated regularly throughout the year. If you have the offline versions you can automatically receive updates over the Internet or you can choose to have updates sent to you through the post (CD or floppy disks). By post, GIN is updated twice a year, PIN once a year.
