Sites: You do not necessarily need a site licence for each computer you install our software on. You might have a single site licence but install the software on a network or on an office computer and a laptop you take out. What matters is usage. – e.g. if it is likely to be used by two different people at the same time, you need a licence for 2 sites (and so on). If you have physically distinct offices, you need (at least) a licence for each office. PINPIN keeps track of charities that fund individuals - for education or social need.The cost of a single (or first) site licence for PIN is £100 plus VAT. The annual renewal fee for that site is £30 plus VAT. If you buy a licence for more than one site, the per site cost reduces.
GINGIN keeps track of charitable trusts that fund voluntary/community organisations.The cost of a single (or first) site licence for GIN is £150 plus VAT. The annual renewal fee for that site is £75 plus VAT. If you buy a licence for more than one site, the per site cost reduces.
